Unlimited Personal Meetings as necessary 

Develope a complete and detailed budget.

Research and reserve locations.

Hire Vendors.

Address and mail STD's and wedding invitations.

Track RSVP's

Prepare Place Cards, if using.

 Assist with Honeymoon arrangements.

Call and verify arrival times with Vendors.

Distribute final payments and gratuities.

Ensure the Bride & Grooms belongings are taken to the Reception site.

Provide assistance and direction to guests.
